- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed transaction records
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Collaborate with other motel departments to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Thoroughly clean and maintain rooms and common areas
- Demonstrate a friendly and helpful attitude towards all guests
- Be a quick learner with attention to detail for efficient task execution
- Adhere to the motel's cleanliness and hygiene standards
