Starting pay is $23.50 per hour!
$24.00 per hour upon successful completion of 90-day training period.

Guest Service Agents and Minibar Attendant
Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing another layer of management to guide the Front Desk team and Minibar Attendant efforts to deliver an outstanding guest service experience to meet company standards and financial profitability. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible to assist the Rooms Manager and the General Manager with daily operational functions and quality control of departmental policies and procedures and achieving hotel’s success metrics.
SUCCESS METRICS:
Your individual performance in delivering service excellence to each of our guests will impact the hotel’s success metrics for overall guest satisfaction scores, TripAdvisor Ranking, Mystery Shop Audits, and Accounting Audits. This will be part of your annual performance review.
- Achieve and maintain TripAdvisor ranking within the Top 7 hotels in Santa Monica.
- Achieve a score of 90% or higher Overall Guest Satisfaction on Revinate Guest Surveys.
- Achieve a score of 90% or higher on Coyle Mystery Shop.
- Achieve a score of 95% or higher on annual accounting audit.
- Enliven the hotels green standards to maintain Green Certification.
DAILY DUTIES:
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned.
