RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist all visitors.
- Engage and assess all guests promptly.
- Evaluate and de-escalate situations when necessary. Alert appropriate personnel.
- Receive packages, direct deliveries, and notify recipient via email.
- Prepare and update reports for the Safety and Security Manager as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires at least 2 years of experience dealing with the public. Some security or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
