Front Desk Security

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist all visitors.

• Engage and assess all guests promptly.

• Evaluate and de-escalate situations when necessary. Alert appropriate personnel.

• Receive packages, direct deliveries, and notify recipient via email.

• Prepare and update reports for the Safety and Security Manager as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Requires at least 2 years of experience dealing with the public. Some security or law enforcement experience preferred.

• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
