We are seeking a Front Desk/ Sales Associate who is bubbly, warm and personable to join our amazing Olney location! We are looking for someone who has experience with interacting with guests on a regular basis, providing excellent customer service, selling products and memberships, and overseeing daily operations. We are looking for a self-starter individual who goes above and beyond for customers, while being knowledgeable of our products, packages and services! We prefer someone who has worked in a commission/sales, spa or receptionist environment, however we do not mind training the right individual for this role.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, Front Desk service, and/or spa industry.
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available weekdays from 8:30am - 9pm
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
Responsibilities
- Sell and Educate Guests on Wax Passes, Products and Services
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designed departments
- Light housekeeping is required
- Managing overall flow of center and reservations
- Other tasks and duties outlined by Center Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.25 - $18.00 per hour
