Front Desk / Sales Associate

We are seeking a Front Desk/ Sales Associate who is bubbly, warm and personable to join our amazing Olney location! We are looking for someone who has experience with interacting with guests on a regular basis, providing excellent customer service, selling products and memberships, and overseeing daily operations. We are looking for a self-starter individual who goes above and beyond for customers, while being knowledgeable of our products, packages and services! We prefer someone who has worked in a commission/sales, spa or receptionist environment, however we do not mind training the right individual for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, Front Desk service, and/or spa industry.
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available weekdays from 8:30am - 9pm
• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays

Responsibilities

• Sell and Educate Guests on Wax Passes, Products and Services
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests and complaints
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designed departments
• Light housekeeping is required
• Managing overall flow of center and reservations
• Other tasks and duties outlined by Center Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.25 - $18.00 per hour
