Front Desk Sales Associate

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in sales while providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our establishment.

```Duties:```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain expected sales goal
- Assist guests with concerns and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

```Skills:```
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to provide product demos or explain technical features to customers
- Familiarity with wireless technology is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
