Job Responsibilities:
Manage online and phone reservations
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Provide information about the community
Work with the maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Answer phones with proper etiquette
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Job Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must have customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Weekends are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
