SalaryWe are looking for a Front Desk Representative to serve as our guests' first point of contact and help manage their accommodation. Front Desk Representatives are responsible for making and checking guests in for their reservations, scheduling, conducting tour and high tea services, and providing information regarding service and room rates and amenities. If you have experience as a Front Desk Representative and a positive attitude, we would love to meet you! Ultimately, you will work to provide our guests with a positive and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
*Performing check-in and check-out duties
*Making guests' reservations, including obtaining proper guest contact and payment information
*Providing information regarding services, rooms, rates, and amenities
*Working with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are properly equipped for guests' needs
*Maintain an updated record of bookings and payments
Skills:
*Work experience as a Front Desk Representative at a hotel or another establishment
*Exceptional customer service attitude
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Familiarity with productivity applications like GoogleSheets and Word
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
