Front Desk Receptionist/Service Advisor

Overview:

Faith Auto Glass & Tinting is looking for a pleasant, charismatic individual who is capable of meeting customers needs or questions. She/He will provide excellent customer service and answer phones on multiple lines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) previous receptionist or customer service experience (Preferred)
• Must be friendly and personable
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to learn and apply new skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience in the Automotive industry

Responsibilities:

• The Receptionist will courteously and productively answer phone calls to the establishment
• Take messages from customers or personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding unconcluded messages.
• Help with office tasks such as: scheduling appointments, answering phones, ordering supplies/materials, sending bills, etc.
• Assist existing or potential customers
• Create estimates and invoices
• Assist and checkout customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
