We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is proficient in computer literacy, and is able to multitask effectively.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, texts, and social media messages
- Provide general administrative support such as checking client paperwork is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
-Cleaning duties
-Answer client questions regarding salon services
- Assist stylist with before and after photos of client services
- Schedule appointments
-Accurately cash out clients and provide them with aftercare paperwork
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
-Beauty industry experience is preferred but not required
