Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding office procedures and services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Skills:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other computerized accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Efficient data entry abilities
- Previous experience working in a ALF but not required
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Position requires-

PT every other weekend 8am-6pm

And 3pm-8pm hours during the week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Fern Park, FL 32730: Relocate before starting work (Required)
