Duties:
-Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers as they enter the restaurant and providing a friendly and efficient service experience.
-Taking Orders: Taking customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and using a point of sale system to input orders.
-Serving Food: Delivering orders to customers promptly and ensuring that they have all necessary condiments and utensils.
-Handling payments: Processing payments accurately and providing change if necessary. This may include handling cash or operating card payment systems.
-Upselling: Suggesting additional items or upgrades to increase sales, such as suggestiong make it a platter or desserts.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
