Full-Time 40 hours per week.

Position Summary:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your responsibilities include managing appointments, handling patient information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical setting.
• Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine EMR is advantageous.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR/EHR/PACS, and practice management software.
• Effective multitasking abilities.
• Excellent critical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities: Duties will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Efficiently manage provider schedules and patient appointments.
• Handle data entry related to patient demographics, insurances, and medical records.
• Perform additional office tasks as required.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability as needed

Location:

• Must be able to commute or relocate to Aliso Viejo, CA.

Physical Requirements:

• COVID-19 vaccination as per specified guidelines.
• Primarily a seated role with 70% computer usage.
• Light physical effort (lifting <20lbs).
• Occasional walking, not exceeding 50 yards.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
