SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of computerized systems for office management tasks
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a bonus, but not required
