- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide general information to clients, customers, and staff members
- Perform other duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
