The Dance Factory, a vibrant and welcoming dance studio, is currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player in creating a positive and supportive environment for our dance community.
Position Details:
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Pay Range: $12-$18 per hour, based on experience
- Location: 1013 Ann Street Delavan, WI 53121
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing phone calls, including answering inquiries and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments and managing class registrations
- Processing payments and managing financial transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a similar setting
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for dance and the arts is a plus, but not required
