SalaryWe are looking for a receptionist with a friendly, cheerful, helpful personality and who is reliable and dependable, punctual and available with our schedule.
Looking for someone to greet and check clients in and out, answering phones, confirming appts, taking messages, scheduling for multiple stylists, able to multi-task, and must be creative in getting clients on schedule. Some other duties would be periodically checking in orders and stocking, keeping the salon clean towels and backbar stocked, someone with great cheerful phone etiquette and great with clients and co-workers . IMPORTANT is to be able to be flexible and available with the schedule as it can sometimes change, and someone who can work open to close on mainly Friday & Saturdays and some Tuesdays and able to cover shiftswhen needed on sometimes a moments notice when others are out.
