FRONT OFFICE STAFF PERSON
A family-owned hearing clinic looking for an energetic, fun part-time Front Desk Receptionist. Candidate will work with Office Manager and be responsible for clinicians schedule and patient walk-ins that require hearing aid maintenance/care. This job would be ideal for someone looking for a part-time, no major holidays or weekends position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively Handle patient calls and scheduling.
- Contact patients to confirm appointments.
- Greet patients immediately upon their arrival and provide excellent patient service.
- Clean, troubleshoot and do minor repair of hearing aids.
- Maintain patient records in billing/scheduling systems and in hard copy.
- Type correspondence for professionals.
- Assist clinicians with daily office work.
- Clean our small clinic (vacuum, empty trash, tidy restroom and breakroom).
- Order clinical supplies.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Attire: Professional personal appearance.
- 2 years front office experience a plus.
- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel a plus).
- Must be able to work well with others.

$15/hr Monday-Friday 10am-2pm.
No major holidays or weekends.
