Position Details:
- Job Title: Receptionist
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday)
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Next LVL Auto, 11267 State Route 21, Hillsboro, Missouri 63050
Qualifications:
- Phone Etiquette: You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent phone manners are a must.
- Friendly Personality: A warm smile and positive attitude go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Computer Skills: Navigate our Google-based systems easily and assist customers with basic inquiries.
- Punctuality: Be reliable and ready to start your shift promptly.
- Data Accuracy: Precise data entry ensures smooth operations.
- Clean Driving Record: You may occasionally need to move vehicles within the dealership or locally to an inspection facility or fuel station.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries and provide information or lead them to a sales team member who can.
- Greeting Customers: Welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Receiving Vehicle Deliveries: Coordinate with our service and sales teams.
- Maintaining Showroom Appearance: Keep our showroom and waiting areas tidy and inviting.
- Restocking the Snack Bar: We offer snacks and water or coffee to all of our guests!
- Price Sticker Updates: Ensure accurate, up-to-date pricing on our listed vehicles.
