Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general information to callers and visitors about our company and services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as required
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage calendars efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable
