Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing a variety of patient relations, clerical and business office functions that are necessary for the efficient daily operation of the clinic.

Experience:
Minimum one-year office experience
Minimum 6 months medical office experience preferred
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent

- General knowledge of practice management software

- Able to handle patient complaints in customer service fashion
