Pieratti Chiropractic is a busy office looking for a hard-working, responsible, energetic, get-it-done SUPERSTAR Receptionist as a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team.

Our perfect Candidate: Experience in Chiropractic, willing to train, customer service, insurance. Also possess strong computer and interpersonal skills and MUST be GREAT at Multitasking. Must be detail oriented and organized. Prior Experience with Eclipse a plus but not required. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us for many years to come!

Some Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments both in person and on phone for new patients and existing
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Basic office duties
• Cleaning of patient rooms
• Patient management in computer database
• Able to collect copay's, coinsurance, deductibles and balances from patients.
• Verification of insurance benefits
• Great with people
• Good with Social Media
• Tech Savvy a plus

Hours - Part time - (Negotiable):

Monday to Thursday with occasional Saturday mornings.
