Front Desk Receptionist

Paul Swoyer Septics is looking for a Receptionist to help our office. In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

· Answer phones and welcome guests at Front Desk

· Create and maintain homeowner accounts

· Maintain office calendar and schedule new customer appointments

· Order office supplies and materials needed for field staff

· Entering septic reports daily

· Answering customer inquiries about services offered within company

· General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
