Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental or medical office setting and possess strong clerical and administrative skills.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide personal assistant support to the medical office staff as needed
- Familiarity with computerized systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and record keeping

Qualifications:

- Bilingual
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
