Front Desk Receptionist

Gateway Pediatric Therapy provides ABA services for children ages 2-21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities and other language delays. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:30pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Livonia & Canton location(s) who has open availability for a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, Saturdays are a MUST! Will be primarily closing Monday- Friday 11:15am-7:45pm. Will be primarily working at the Livonia location, but will need flexibility to travel to Canton as well. This position will be 40 hours weekly.

This fast-paced position differs from a typical Front Desk Receptionist role in that it requires the following skills:

• Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
• Willingness to work as a team to clean and maintain the clinic
• Love for working with children

Other requirements for employment include:

• Must be flexible to work within our hours of operation - has open availability for a flexible schedule Monday-Friday, Saturdays are a MUST! Will be primarily closing Monday- Friday 11:15am-7:45pm. Will be primarily working at the Livonia location, but will need flexibility to travel to Canton as well.
• Bachelor's degree not required, but preferred
• Reliable means of personal transportation
• NO PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY
• Passion for working with children
• Maintaining respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Ability to lift 30 pounds required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbal and in writing
• Work cooperatively with other professionals and staff to facilitate positive interactions for clients and all involved in the client's education
• 40 hour weekly
