Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general information to clients and visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Front Desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with dental/oral surgery office procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
