Front Desk Receptionist

Essential Functions

· Welcome and acknowledge all patients, anticipate and address patients' experience needs

· First to start relationship with patients which sets tone for the visit

· Proactively fill doctor’s schedule

· Assist patients in financial arrangements

· Schedule and Confirm appointments

· Collects and Post Payments

· Work closely with Office Manager

· Positively impact our patients lives

· Balance multiple tasks in a productive manner

· Explain treatment plans with patients

· Make sure waiting area and public areas are clean

· Respond to Patient Questions.

Requirements

· Front desk experience preferred

· Customer service skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Effective working relationship with physicians, employees and patients

· Read, understand and follow oral and written instruction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
