SalaryCome be a part of our special team! We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist with strong customer service skills who loves helping people and animals. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is outgoing and friendly and loves helping clients and their pets
- Is efficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Is a team player but also self driven and works well without supervision
- Has a very strong attention to detail
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has good math, computer and typing skills
- Is available to work full-time from Monday through Friday and every other Saturday morning
As a member of our special team, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients and their pets. Some of your duties will include but not be limited to: greeting our clients and their pets, answering phones, taking payments, appointment scheduling and coordinating, data entry, and filing. Some weekend work is required. We offer competitive pay based on applicable previous experience, skills and training. Drug screening and background check required.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
