- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service recommendations.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of Customer Service areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning, standing for long periods of time, and light lifting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
