Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational abilities. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed - Transcribe documents, proofread materials, and maintain accurate records - Manage Front Desk operations, including mail distribution and office supplies inventory - Assist with various clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Qualifications: - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Proficient in computerized systems and office management software - Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
