Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with medical office duties such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management tasks as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Utilize computerized systems, such as QuickBooks, to perform various administrative tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Experience with project coordination and calendar management is desirable
