Front Desk Receptionists are an essential part of the Above the Bar team. They build relationships with our customers, answer phones, greet customers and create a friendly, fun environment. Customer Service Representatives inform customers about our programs, our coaches, and assist them in finding the best programs for their children. Must be friendly, and fun with a positive attitude. Must enjoy greeting people, building relationships, and working in an environment with kids. Must have good verbal and written skills, attention to detail, computer knowledge (MicroSoft Office, email, social media skills are a plus.
Must be available M-F afternoon/evenings (3-7:30PM), Saturdays 8AM to 5PM.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting prospects into passionate customers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about classes, pricing and availability
- Work with co-workers and coaches to meet customer's needs
- Data entry our Class Management Software
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Detail Oriented
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A PLUS
