We are looking to fill a Front Desk position to oversee all receptionist and admin duties for the company. This is a Part-time position , and we are willing to train the right individual. There is also potential of growth in the position as we continue to expand as a company.
Responsibilities
- Admin & Clerical Tasks for All Departments in the Company
- Greet Visitors
- Answer Incoming Calls
- Forward Phone calls to appropriate recipients
- Distribute Incoming Mail
- Prepare Outgoing Mail
- File & Maintain Organized Company Records
- Process Payments from Customers
- Monitor & Order Office Supplies
- Stock Kitchen with Supplies
- Monitor & Remove Kitchen Trash
- Monitor Paper goods in Stock Room/Restroom
Candidates must have the following qualifications .
-Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
-Be well versed in MS Office Programs
-Demonstrate attention to detail
-Strong Sense of Organization
-Team Player but can also take direction to work Independently
-Interpersonal & Communication Skills
