Front Desk/ Receptionist

Forest Lake Ford is an under-construction, state-of-the-art automotive dealership that is part of a well-established highly respected family-owned and operated dealer group that has been in business for over 40 years. We need FT and PT receptionists who won't mind being the face and voice of the dealership who are energetic, welcoming, and extremely friendly.

Duties:

• Greeting Customers: Welcome all visitors and customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Managing Inquiries: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department, providing accurate information or transferring calls efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, managing mail, and supporting other departments as needed.
• Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, providing information as requested by the client.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and process electronic payments accurately using a POS system.
• Maintenance of Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Customer Service Oriented: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to assist and support customers effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Technology: Comfortable using computer systems, familiarity with basic office software, and the ability to learn dealership-specific software.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
