Major Duties: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
1. Greet all patients in a pleasant manner and conduct patient interviews.
2. Collect and verify insurance information and scan the card
3. Update patient demographic information.
4. Check the patient in on the schedule in the patient management system.
5. Give the patient history forms to the patients to complete.
6. Communicate with the clinic personnel and inform patients when there are delays.
7. Request payments for co-pays and overdue balances.
8. Receive cash, check and credit card payments from patients and issue receipts.
9. Schedule appointments and give patient an appointment confirmation.
10. Reconcile daily cash.
11. Participate with Business Office staff to seek account resolution.
12. Perform related work as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
