Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Schedule appointments

· Input all patient information into computer database and file confidentially

· Performed day to day secretarial functions and general office duties including word processing, copying filing, faxing data entry and answering multi-line telephones.

· Assist in checking in and checking out patients and scheduling for any type of testing and/or follow ups.

· Obtain and verify patient information

· Exercised problem solving and conflict resolution skills when handling patient complaints, and refers patient complaints to appropriate designated personnel as needed

· Receive incoming deliveries and sort supplies in appropriate places

· Posted payments at the close of business

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 YEAR of medical Front Desk

· Dependable, multitasker, with great communication skills

· Able to lift 25lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
