Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations scheduling students for driving tests, classes and driving hours. Being one of the first points of contact you will need to have a positive outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with the public.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer questions, take messages, and communicate to the appropriate team member
- Schedule driving appointments, driving tests and manage the office calendar
- Assist with office management duties as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
