We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. Responsibilities:
- BEING ON TIME AS SCHEDULE SHOWS, LATENESS IS NOT AN OPTION
-TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEE AS DISCRETION IS KEY WITH HOTEL INFORMATION
-Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or Front Desk operations preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage

Pay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
