Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and processing orders
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy of information
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for patients
- Knowledgeable in referrals and insurance

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with order entry, proofreading, and project coordination
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document creation/editing
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or office clerk is a plus
