We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will assist our clients during the entire quoting and production process. With training and time, this person will learn how to recommend different materials, designs, installation methods, and more. Daily duties will include taking phone calls/walk ins/emails, quoting customers, recommending types to customers according to their needs, and miscellaneous tasks.
We expect our future employee(s) to be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing English as he/she will be interacting with customers on a daily basis in person, over the phone, and by email.
