We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Front Desk receptionist. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to work within a team to provide excellent patient care. In addition, there are opportunities for advancement including cross-training as a medical assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome all patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Perform check-in and check-out duties
• Responsible for answering phones and returning voicemails
• Schedule all patient appointments
• Collect insurance ID cards and driver's licenses

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced clinic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Comfortable with IT and technology
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time, Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
