Description

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for communicating with and successfully scheduling patients for a range of services including Home Sleep Testing and CPAP Equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Successfully scheduling patients for medical testing and treatment services.
• Answering and routing phones within the clinic.
• General data entry and review of documents, ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
• Submission of patient paperwork and payments at time of appointments.
• Assisting in the preparation of patient equipment as delegated.
• General administrative duties when necessary.
