New - Patient Care Coordinator

Meet the Office:

Children’s Dental Zone is an established dental practice in Florissant, Missouri looking for an experienced Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator who is comfortable providing dental care to children and young adults.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
• Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
• Follow established protocols for handling medical records and maintaining patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Experience utilizing Dentrix or Eaglesoft

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 7:15am - 4:40pm
• Friday 7:15am - 1:00pm

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
