Join our Team! Now hiring a Front Desk Manager for our Glendale Grooming Salon located at 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
This is a Front Desk/receptionist position with additional management duties. We are looking for a dedicated, hard working individual to supervise our Team on location and help provide a fun, stress-free atmosphere for our Grooming Team.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Management Experience in any field AND 2 years customer service experience in any field. Computer scheduling experience is a plus!
***MUST be comfortable talking to clients, answering the phone, and operating a computer scheduling system. We also have a large Team of incredible people to manager and work with!***
PAY: $17 per hour to start, $18 per hour after the first 90 days of training (4 day work week with a 5th optional overtime day).

Job Description:
As the Front Desk Manager you will be operating our Front Desk and welcoming clients as they enter the salon. Your duties also include checking clients in and out, processing credit card payments, managing the pet stylists schedules with an online program, and keeping the salon schedule flowing accurately day to day. You will work alongside our Salon Managers and Operation Manager to ensure the Team follows policies and procedures.
*This position requires multitasking, organizing, communication, and attention to detail.
* You will be required to learn all of the major dog breeds and how to schedule appointments one on one appointments with our Groomers.
This is a FAST PACED position and requires speed and accuracy at all times. Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at once, retain large amounts of information, greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, and get along well with a large staff. This position also requires constant moving throughout the day; it is not just a desk/receptionist job. If you like to be busy...this is the job for you! :)
Job requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience in any field
2. Previous management experience in any field
3. Previous experience with a scheduling program is PREFERRED
4. Breed knowledge of major dog breeds, preferred
5. Ability to multitask efficiently and quickly!
6. Ability to communicate with others effectively
7. Must be reliable and dependable
8. Excellent customer service skills
9. Must be detail orientated and organized
10. Must be able to handle issues promptly and find solutions as needed

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
