JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees Guest Services operations, including Front Desk and Bell staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees Guest Services operations, including Front Desk and Bell staff.
- Manage all tasks performed by front office personnel including labor and scheduling.
- Reports to Lodging Leadership team in scheduling, staffing and budgetary areas.
- Assists with check-in, check-out, responds to guest requests and complaints.
- Maintain and train staff of detailed knowledge about the hotel’s services and hours of operations.
- Responsible for daily guest room blocking and guest requests.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
