We are hiring a Front Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service at our Front Desk in a fast-paced environment. Front Desk Agent responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, and responding to requests for information. Since you will be dealing with the public, we need someone who is polite and helpful when dealing with people. As a Front Desk Agent we expect you to have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask on a variety of tasks. You must be good at math and possess exceptional customer service skills. We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team while improving the quality of our organization by providing excellent service. Ultimately, you should be able to meet all customer inquiries in a professional manner and have the ability to answer phone calls, organize files, prepare reservations and schedule meetings.
