Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial
- Basic understanding of hotel management systems
