Front Desk Manager

Job Description:

We are a wellness inspired nail care brand in NYC. We are looking for amazing team members to join our Front Desk Manager team to promote wellness experience, maintain a happy working environment and contribute to increasing studio's revenue. Your work will be essential to us.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a balanced and efficient appointment schedule for all technicians
• Introduce our products to the clients and maintain a good relationship with clients.
• Providing friendly and personalized service for guests
• Troubleshooting all in-salon issues
• Opening and/or Closing of the facility
• Maintaining cash til as well as tipping out employees at the end of the evening
• Resolving conflicts between employees and guests
• Providing insight on salon needs and employees’ performance to upper management

Required Skills:

• Extremely good communicator
• Patient problem solver
• Organized and efficient with daily tasks
• Friendly and Personable--anticipates the needs of others
• A Quick Learner with schedule management experience
• Knowledge of Booking Systems (i.e. Booker) are a plus
• Salon experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
