Job Description:
We are a wellness inspired nail care brand in NYC. We are looking for amazing team members to join our Front Desk Manager team to promote wellness experience, maintain a happy working environment and contribute to increasing studio's revenue. Your work will be essential to us.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a balanced and efficient appointment schedule for all technicians
- Introduce our products to the clients and maintain a good relationship with clients.
- Providing friendly and personalized service for guests
- Troubleshooting all in-salon issues
- Opening and/or Closing of the facility
- Maintaining cash til as well as tipping out employees at the end of the evening
- Resolving conflicts between employees and guests
- Providing insight on salon needs and employees’ performance to upper management
Required Skills:
- Extremely good communicator
- Patient problem solver
- Organized and efficient with daily tasks
- Friendly and Personable--anticipates the needs of others
- A Quick Learner with schedule management experience
- Knowledge of Booking Systems (i.e. Booker) are a plus
- Salon experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
