Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, transcribing, and typing documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a Hotel Front Desk or clerical role a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Excel or similar software for Revenue Reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Hotel policies and procedures is a plus
