```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage the Front Desk calendar
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- File and organize documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and management
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service leadership role is required
- Experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in transcribing and typing documents accurately
- Familiarity with event planning processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite, ONQ or similar software for document management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
