As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments
Keep and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Check clients in and out while offering specials, packages, retail and products
Meeting a weekly and monthly shop goal
Being a leader and a team player
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role such as salon or spa
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of Meevo Software ( Will also train)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
